Kimberly joined the Office of the Executive Vice President for Medical Affairs in 2017 as a Project Manager Intermediate, providing high level project and administrative support.
Prior to joining the Office of the EVPMA, Kimberly held positions at the University of Michigan in the Office of Surgical Education, the Department of Surgery and the School of Nursing. Her non-University experiences include the nonprofit Greater Detroit Area Health Council, the Automobile Club of Michigan, Maritz Research and Divine Child High School, a private, college-prep institution. In addition, Kimberly successfully began and maintained an interior design consulting business for several years.
Kimberly received her M.S.P.P.M. from the University of Michigan- Dearborn College of Engineering and Computer Science and is certified in Lean Healthcare through the Michigan Quality System.

Joette has served as the Assistant to the Executive Vice President for Medical Affairs since the office was created in 1997. Before coming to the Office of the EVPMA, she spent five years in the UM President’s Office. Prior to that, she held positions in the Departments of Pediatrics and Internal Medicine, as well as the School of Social Work.

Collette joined the Office of the Executive Vice President for Medical Affairs in 2015 as an Administrative Assistant Senior. She supports the staff of the EVPMA by performing various administrative duties.
Prior to joining the Office of the EVPMA she worked for the University of Michigan at Plant, Building and Grounds Services where she performed timekeeping and administrative duties.
Collette retired from the Detroit Police Department as a police detective and was assigned as an administrative assistant to command officers. As part of her specialized training she received certification by the Miami Dade Public Training Institute as a Public Information Officer for the Detroit Police Department. As a Public Information officer she served as liaison between the police department and the news media to generate a cohesive rapport between the two entities. Collette was responsible for responding to newsworthy crimes, providing interviews to local news media and conveying the information to the Office of the Chief of Police.
Collette received an Associates Degree in Fine Arts from the Wayne County Community College District, and is currently pursuing further education as professional photographer.

Sally began supporting the EVPMA office in 2015, managing all communication needs for the Executive Vice President for Medical Affairs.
Prior to joining the EVPMA office and the Department of Communication, Sally led the Marketing and Communication department for a health system in Florida. Her past experience includes 20 years of consumer marketing, brand management, and B2B program management.
Sally received her MBA from the University of Arizona and her Masters of International Management from Thunderbird.

Pattie joined the Office of the Executive Vice President for Medical Affairs in the spring of 2014. As the Executive Assistant to the Chief of Staff, she supports executive level committee coordination, materials preparation and scheduling, as well as special events and projects.
Prior to joining the Office of the EVPMA, she served as a Grants Coordinator for the UMHS Regional Alliance for Healthy Schools adolescent health centers, and other key administrative positions in the Ross School of Business and the College of Literature Science and the Arts.
Pattie is a former elementary school teacher and Education Director at the Leslie Science and Nature Center.
Pattie received her M.S. from Indiana University and a post baccalaureate teaching certificate from Eastern Michigan University.

Quinta became the first Chief Administrative Officer of the University of Michigan Health System in May 2010. Ms. Vreede oversees key Health System functions including regulatory compliance, government relations, facility planning, public relations and marketing. In addition to her CAO role she also serves as chief of staff to the Executive Vice President for Medical Affairs.
Quinta has more than 20 years of experience working in health care, many of them at UMHS. Prior to becoming the CAO she had been the lead administrator for the Department of Family Medicine in the U-M Medical School, while also having lead responsibility for five of the Health System's outpatient centers in her role as an ambulatory care administrator. She was the first health care administrator to hold both roles simultaneously.
Quinta has a M.H.S.A. from the University of Michigan School of Public Health.
